("ODAV OnLine") products purchased online directly from ODAV OnLine's website,

The following policy does not apply to any purchases of ODAV OnLine's products made from a
third party reseller. All purchases of ODAV OnLine's products from a third party reseller must be
returned to the reseller where the product was originally purchased, not directly to ODAV
OnLIne.

ODAV OnLine Downloadable eBooks
Downloadable ebook returns are not accepted once downloaded. For affiliate products shall
be directed to the return policy of respective affiliate companies.
Closeout Specials, Discontinued Products or Specific Promotions
Closeout specials or discontinued products are not eligible for a return or exchange at any
time.
Warranty
ODAV OnLine does not warrant that the functions contained in ODAV OnLine's
ebooks/efiles/etamplates/softwares will meet your requirements or that the operation of the
products will be uninterrupted or error free.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE WARRANTY

The following warranty applies to all online subscriptions of ODAV Men & Women OnLine
("ODAV OnLine") products purchased directly from and accessed through ODAV OnLine's
website at www.odavonline.com.
Disclaimer of Warranty ODAV OnLine 's online subscription services are provided as-is,
with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. ODAV OnLine expressly disclaims all
warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of
merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and title/non- infringement to the full
extent permitted by law.
Interruption of Services While ODAV OnLine shall take all reasonable steps to insure that
the online subscription service is available 24/7, ODAV OnLine does not warrant that the
online subscription services will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the
online subscription services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the
services will be corrected.
Results ODAV OnLine does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or
the results of the use of the online subscription services or related documentation in terms
of their correctness, accuracy, quality, reliability, appropriateness for a particular task or
application, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by ODAV OnLine
or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty. You are entirely responsible for
and assume all risk for use of ODAV OnLine's online subscription services.
Security ODAV OnLine is not responsible for transmission errors or corruption or security
of information carried over telecommunication lines.
Exclusive Remedy If you are dissatisfied for any reason with ODAV OnLine's online
subscription services, your sole right and exclusive remedy is to terminate your
subscription, as set forth in the End User License Agreement. No refund of all or any
portion of your subscription fee will be given.
