ODAV OnLine maintains a marketing database for purposes of periodically sending notices via email or via

OnLine believes will be of interest to participants. Additions to the list are by Opt-in only, that is, participants must
have voluntarily supplied information to ODAV OnLine. The information collected and maintained is an individual's
first and last name, email address, and may also include postal address and phone number. ODAV OnLine collects
information for the email list in the following ways:

Customer orders for products, either online or via telephone order

and keeping their content consistent with ODAV OnLine’s rules for forum and blog usage. ODAV OnLine may also
capture a visitor's IP address for the same purpose. As described previously, email addresses collected from forum
and blog registration are posted to the email database. Users who wish to unsubscribe from the ODAV OnLine email

General Browsing
Navigational information about where visitors go on www.odavonline.com is gathered by ODAV OnLine along with
information about the technical efficiencies of the website and services (i.e., time to connect to our Web site, time to
download pages, etc.). This information allows ODAV OnLine to see which areas of the website are most visited and
enables the company to better understand visitors' experiences while navigating through the site, and give insight to
ways to improve the quality of the website by recognizing and delivering more of the features, areas and services
visitors prefer. In the process of gathering navigational information, non-personally identifiable information (for
