* OORC Staff will measure the Actual Site, recommend a layout and prepare a bill of materials necessary for Renovation works;
* OORC Engineer may Estimates the required items; endorse the breakdown of materials to the Owner;
* Owner may opt to facilitate the itemized purchased by him/her or OORC do by ourselves on reimbursable basis;
*OORC aims to help the owner find cheaper sources of Materials without sacrificing Quality Work;
* Works scope for face lifting may cover the following; Floor Tiles, Wall Painting, Ceiling Repair, Frontage Glass, Electrical Layout & Installation, Plumbing Works, Computer Tables, etc.
* For transparency, we will recommend at least 2-sources and allow the owner to talk to our Suppliers directly for negotiation; we assure you that we will have no profits or whatsoever with these suppliers to avoid additional financial burden with the Owner;
* All original receipts, if applicable, shall be endorsed to the Owner on daily basis;
* Actual fees for Government Processing including application of Internet connection will be charged to the owner. Transportation cost with breakdown also includes as much as possible Taxi Fare shall be minimize.
* Our only request is to pay us a minimal charge for the legwork and supervision of these works. Such fees are indicated in our Shopping Basket;

I have completed construction-set up on my new venture internet cafe. Now I need to set up the computers etc. to start. Can you provide me with your proposal. You can send your proposal to my e-mail.
I would request for a package that includes minimum 10 LCD’s of 15″ + 1 set for the reception, IP and LAN set up, games set up etc.
My location is Sampaloc.
